Windscreen and seals
« on: Jun 22, 2009, 14:02:27 »
No doubt been asked a million times, but I'm looking for a replacement windscreen and seal for my hatch, as the current one has a big chip in it. With the present work being done on the sills etc, it seems sensible to move the respray forward to now! So all windows are coming out, with the result that I will be needing seals all round. Does anyone sell specific Chevette kits, or would generic seals do the job?

It's really frustrating how little stuff is still made for our cars... Mini and MGB owners don't know how lucky they are!

I've got a seal in the garage which is either a saloon rear window seal or a hatch, I'm not sure which, I'm away until Friday night but will check at the weekend.

Cheers Mal
