Welcome to this band of misguided Chevette nutters. The bad news is that there are no steel wings in decent condition to be had without spending mega money and even then the wings will require work. If you find some let me know I could use a pair too. - Scotty

weclome to the group, as Chevettes go that looks pretty solid and a nice little project :)

As for wings, i concur that they are rocking horse poop in good condition, even rarer in old stock / new .

nobody seems to have sent a pair of originals to china to stamp em out so we are on our own :o

Hi all.
Just a small update on how the rebuild of the chevette is going.
Iv have bought 4 wings two left two right all second hand but in better that ok condition.
Got a set of 15" revolution wheels that need painting.
Got a HS front bumper and boot spoiler coming soon too.

Just need to get a good paint man and a rear exhaust now and that will be me on the road.  :driving: :driving: :driving:

:cog: i bought a set of Volvo 360 GLT alloys off Ebay two years ago had the tyres removed de-buckled and painted and I polished them with autoglym wax before I had tyres put on and they still look like new after a quick wash!  :driving:
